How can I pay a worker in another country without having a local business entity?
Instead of setting up a business entity, you have two options:

1) Hire freelancers or contractors on a project-by-project basis. It's low-risk if their roles are clearly defined. Consider our Contractor Management solution for this.

2) If you prefer employing individuals, choose an Employer of Record (EOR) to handle payments. EOR option ensures accurate taxes and on-time payments. Explore our Employer of Record option in this case.
